Welcome to BodhiTree School of Music
BodhiTree didn't start as an idea on a whiteboard — it started at the doorstep. Six years ago, we set out to solve a simple but persistent problem: talented musicians with no real path to teach, and families with no trusted way to bring music into their homes. So we went directly into housing societies in Pune, one structured lesson at a time. Today, that same on-ground grind has grown into 100+ societies, 1,000+ students taught, and a teaching model built on years of real classrooms, not theory.
Start early, learn music like a language
Children absorb music the same way they absorb language — through immersion, repetition, and joyful exposure, long before they can read a note or name a chord. The earlier that exposure begins, the more naturally music becomes instinct rather than a subject to be studied. That's why we're proud to offer music classes for children as young as 1.5 years old, designed to build musical ear and rhythm during the exact window when the brain absorbs it most effortlessly.
Learning, the way you want it
Most schools make you choose: come to us, or teach yourself online. BodhiTree doesn't believe in that trade-off. Learn at your doorstep with a teacher who comes to you, join live online sessions from anywhere, or step into one of our BodhiTree Centres built for real performance and practice. Same curriculum, same quality, three ways to learn.
A curriculum built to go the distance
Local teachers can only take a student so far — a few chords, a few songs. We wanted more for our students, so we built India's first structured, graded music curriculum, developed in partnership with Trinity College London and ABRSM, two of the most respected names in international music examination. Every student progresses through a clear, graded path — with certification at every level, not just a few songs learned by ear.

We handpick our teachers for technical skill, yes — but also for the heart to nurture a beginner's very first note. Every BodhiTree teacher is trained, quality-verified, and supported by a real curriculum, so your progress is never left to chance.
Beyond the classroom
Music isn't meant to be practiced in isolation. Through studio visits, jamming sessions, and our annual concerts — performed live in front of real audiences at malls, societies, and prestigious venues across Pune and Mumbai — our students don't just learn music, they live it.
